THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN MINSTER LOVELL AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION AND MAINTENCE OF A PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN RSIDENT AS AFORESAID WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
