(I) THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS AND BIRDS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF BEING STRAY NEGLECTED OF UNWANTED AND TO PREVENT CRUELTY AND SUFFERING TO ANIMALS OF BIRDS.(II) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PROPER CARE OF ANIMALS.
