FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES DIRECTED WHOLLY OR MAINLY TO THE BENEFIT OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER OR OF THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD OR ANY PART OF THE SAID CITY OR OF ALL OR SOME OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID CITY OR FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRESTION DETERMINE.
