TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF QUENDON AND RICKLING WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES INCLUDING A PAVILION HOUSE ON RICKLING GREEN IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
