TO ADVANCE THE CARITABLE OBJECTS OF THE ROYAL MASONIC BENEVOLENT INSTITUTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO RELIVE THE RESIDENTS OF ZETLAND COURT BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF AMENITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS AND STAFF.
