Charitable objects

(A) TO EDUCATE THE ELDERLY POOR IN RELATION TO THEIR NEEDS AND ENTITLEMENTS TO THE END OF THIER BEING ABLE PROPERLY TO SUPPORT THEMSELVES OR BE SUPPORTED IN THE PAYMENT OF NURSING HOME FEES, MEDICAL FEES AND MATTERS RELATION THERETO; (B) TO RAISE FUNDS AND TO INVITE AND RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHATSOEVER BY WAY OF APPEAL, DONATIONS AND OTHERWISE PROVIDED THAT THE TRUST SHALL NOT UNDER-TAKE ANY PERMANENT GRADING ACTIVITIES IN RAISING FUNDS FOR ITS CHARITABLE OBJECTS.
