TO HELP AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE GROWING UP IN A MULTIRACIAL SOCIETY SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY REACH FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
