ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES TO BE KNOWN AS "THE MARTIN SCHOLARSHIPS" TO BE AWARDED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE TRUSTEES TO STUDENTS AND GRADUATES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF HARTFORD TO ENABLE SUCH STUDENTS OR GRADUATED AS THE CASE MAY BE TO ATTEND AND STUDY AT HERTFORD COLLEGE OXFORD.
