Qualified social workers assess, advise, advocate, signpost re issues including mental distress, disability, homelessness. Also: safeguarding children/vulnerable adults, planning with/for vulnerable Britons returning from abroad, coordination of Initial Humanitarian Assistance at Heathrow following emergencies.
