TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS AMONGST PERSONS TRAVELLING THROUGH HEATHROW AIRPORT - LONDON AND AIRPORT STAFF WHO ARE IN NEED WITHOUT DISTINCION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WHOSE PROBLEMS ARE OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE NORMAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY HEATHROW AIRPORT LIMITED, AIRLINES, FIRMS AND CONTROL AUTHORITIES.
