Charitable objects
1. IN MAINTAINING AND PERSERVING IN BURIAL GROUND; 2. IN RELIEVING PERSONS WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM (INCLUDING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY) BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITES WHICH ARE CALCULATED TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OR ASSIST THE RECOVERY OF SUCH PERSONS; 3. IN FURTHERING OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES NOT INCONSISTENT WITH THE DOCTRINES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WITH A PREFERENCE FOR FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THAT CHURCH: PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY INCOME AND PROPERTY UNDER THIS CLAUSE EITHER DIRECTLY, OR BY MAKING PAYMENTS TO OTHER INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS INCLUDING THE COMMUNITY.
