TO PROVIDE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE FOR THE DISABLED, HOUSEBOUND AND HANDICAPPED SO AS TH HELP THEM PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THE PARISH AND LOCAL COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES AND THERBY TO RELIEVE THEIR LONELINESS AND ISOLATION.
