(A) THE INSTRUCTION OF BOYS AND GIRLS OF ALL CLASSES IN THE PRINCIPLES OF DISIPLINE, LOYALTY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP. (B) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH LIVING WITHIN THE AREA ADMINISTERED BY THE PARISH COUNCIL OF LEIGH OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN TITLE AND TO NEIGHBOURING AREAS THERETO.
