TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST AND TO EDUCATE YOUNG WOMEN IN SOUTHWARK AND AREA WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO YOUNG MOTHERS AND TO YOUNG WOMEN LEAVING COUNCIL CARE BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION FOR THOSE IN MEED THEREOF AND BY SUCH FORMS OF ASSISTANCE AS MAY BE DEEMED NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE.
