TO PROVIDE AN ANNUAL PRIZE TO A STUDENT OF THOMAS MILLS HIGH SCHOOL FRAMLINGHAM SUFFOLK TO BE AWARDED TO THE STUDENT WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES MOST COMBINED ENTHUSIASM AND INTEREST IN ACADEMIC STUDY WITH LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO SCHOOL LIFE AND SERVICE TO OTHERS.
