TO CHARTER OR LEASE A RECENTLY CONSTRUCTED TRADITIONAL STYLE SAILING BOAT AND OTHER SMALL CRAFT, AND "OVERLAND" TYPE VEHICLE AND CAMPING EQUIPMENT, AND TO MAINTAIN THE SAME. WITH THE AIM OF ASSISTING AND ENCOURAGING YOUNG PEOPLE ESPECIALLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) FROM I. THOSE ON, OR HAVING BEEN ON, A REHABILITATION COURSE FOLLOWING DEPENDENCE OR DRUG ADDICTION AND MISUSE OF DRUGS. II. DEPENDENTS OF SINGLE PARENT FAMILIES, HANDICAPPED CHILDREN OR UNEMPLOYED YOUNG PEOPLE. THROUGH THEIR LEISURE ACTIVITY SO AS TO ENHANCE THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITY THAT THEY MAY BECOME MATURE INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. BY PROVIDING ADVENTURE, OVERSEAS TRAVEL AND DISPLACEMENT INTERESTS THEY MAY DERIVE STRENGTH OF CHARACTER, CONFIDENCE AND INDEPENDENCE.
