TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF (YOUNG) MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN AGRICULTURE, HOME CRAGTS, AND COUNTRY LIFE AND IN THE PRINCIPLES OF DISCIPLINE LOYALTY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITEIS SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPITITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS OR MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
