TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF A PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND ON THE LAND KNOWN AS LEVEN GROUND AT BUDE IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL OR AT SUCH OTHER PLACES AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE WORKING POPULATION OF BUDE AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
