(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE CHINESE COMMUNITY IN LONDON.(II) TO ESTABLISH OR PROCURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNITY CENTRE AND MAINTAIN AND MANAGE SUCH A CENTRE.
