TO RELIEVE THE PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM CEREBRAL AND PERIPHERAL VASCULAR DISEASE BY PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES AND GRANTS OF MONEY TOWARDS ASSOCIATED SALARY COSTS FOR TECHNICAL STAFF AT THE ROYAL SUSSEX COUNTY HOSPITAL BRIGHTON AND ASSOCIATED HOSPITALS THE FUNDING OF WHICH WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED BY THE AUTHORITY CHARGED WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MANAGING THE SAID HOSPITALS
