THE PROMOTION OF ANIMAL WELFARE AND IN PARTICULAR TO TAKE ALL APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO PROTECT EQUINE FROM CRUELTY AND PREVENT THE INFLICTION OF SUFFERING AND WHERE NECESSARY TO TAKE EQUINE INTO CARE FOR REHABILITATION.
