TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AND IN PARTICULAR THAT OF AFRICAN AND OTHER ETHNIC MINORITIES BY RELIEVING POVERTY AND DISTRESS, ADVANCING EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE SAID COMMUNITY, PARTICULARLY AFRICANS.
