Charitable objects

(I) TO PROVIDE OR AUGMENT PRIZES AWARDED FOR THE COMPETITION KNOWN AS "THE LATCHFORD PRIZE"; (II) TO SUPPOR OR INSTITUE SUCH OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDS PRIZES AND/OR GRANTS FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE ARTS; AND/OR (III) TO ADVANCE OR SUPPORT SUCH OTHER CHARTIABLE OBJECTS OR PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE ARTS AS THE COURT OF ASSISTANTS OF THE WORSHIPFL COMPANY OF FANN MAKERS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME RESOLVE.
