TO PROVIDE A REFUGE/S OR HESTEL/S OR ANY OTHER ACCOMMODATION TO PROVIDE FOR THOSE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND MORAL GUIDANCE AND SUCH OTHER MEANS AS SHALL FURTHER THE SAID OBJECTS.
