TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE ADVANCE EDUCATION PARTICULARLY BY THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND PRACTICE OF THE ARTS (INCLUDING WRITTEN VISUAL AURAL AND PERFORMING ARTS OF ALL KINDS) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO CHILDREN MENTALLY HANDICAPPED AND DISABLED PEOPLE AND THE ELDERLY AND PERSONS WITH SPECIAL HANDICAPS ESPECIALLY THOSE IN HOSPITAL HOMES AND PLACES ESTABLISHED FOR AND USED BY THEM.
