THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL, RECREATION GROUND AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO FOR THE US EOF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF HORTON AND LITTLE SODBURY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETING, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
