TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING THOMAS MORE HIGH SCHOOL, PURLEY, SURREY BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL AND ACTIVITIES AND AMENITIES WHICH WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AUTHORITY.
