TO SAFEGUARD DEFEND AND PROMOTE THE TEACHING OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH ON THE FAMILY, FAMILY RIGHTS AND THE SPIRITUAL AND MORAL WELFARE OF CATHOLIC FAMILIES AND TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG THEIR MEMBERS.
