(FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 5 OF WILL). THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY ANY SURPLUS INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN THE RELIEF OF BENEFICIARIES BY ALLEVIATING THEIR CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
