Charitable objects
THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE HOUSES DESIGNED AND SUITABLE FOR EACH HOUSING ONE FAMILY (THE PRINCIPAL MEMBER OF WHICH SHALL BE POOR AND/OR INFIRM AS TO WHICH THE TRUSTEES DISCRETION SHALL BE FINAL). (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 5 OF WILL). THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY ANY SURPLUS INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN THE RELIEF OF BENEFICIARIES BY ALLEVIATING THEIR CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
