"1. TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ALL DISABLED PERSONS AND TO ASSIST SUCH PERSONS BY: I) THE PRODUCTION OF ACCESS GUIDES GIVING NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR DISABLED AND HANDICAPPED PEOPLE; II) BRINING SUCH PERSONS INTO CLOSE ASSOCIATION WITH ABLE-BODIED PEOPLE AND THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH PERSONS. 2. TO ENABLE THE GENERAL PUGLIC TO BECOME MORE AWARE OF THE NEEDS AND ABILITIES OF THE HANDICAPPED.
