(II) TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF AYLSHAM RECREATION GROUND; AND (III) TO ADVANCE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE COMPANY SHALL DECIDE.
