TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE SOUTH BRISTOL MUSIC CENTRE. TO PROVIDE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE TO NEEDY CHILDREN TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FULL RANGE OF SBMC MUSICAL ACTIVITIES.
