THE PROMOTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELFARE OF PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL HANDICAP OR MENTAL ILLNESS, ARRESTED OR INCOMPLETE DEVELOPMENT OF MIND, PSYCHOPATHIC DISORDER OR ANY OTHER DISORDER OR DISABILITY OF MIND OR BODY AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MANAGE HOMES FOR THEM TO LIVE IN AND PROVIDE SUCH OTHER SUPPORT AS IS NECESSARY FROM TIME TO TIME.
