FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN AN WITHIN THE AREA FROM TIME TO TIME COMPRISING THE TERRITORIAL AREA OF THE CLUB THROUGHOUT THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE REPUBLIC OR EIRE OR ELSEWHERE AND/OR TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH ONE OR MOE CHARITABLE BODIES TRUSTS ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTITONS OR ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED OR ABOUT TO BE ESTABLISHED FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE AS AFORESAID AND IN SUCH SHARES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE CLUB SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE AND SELECT.
