FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ANNUITIES FOR RETIRED INCUMBENTS OF THE PARISH OF LYNCHMERE AND DURING THEIR WIDOWHOOD FOR WIDOWS OF INCUMBENTS OF THAT PARISH WHO ARE RESPECTIVELY IN NEED THEREOF IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY BE ABLE TO LIVE IN A REASONABLE STANDARD OF COMFORT.
