TO ADVANCE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG GIRLS BY HELPING TO TRAIN THEM IN THE PLAYING OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND BY MEANS OF CONCERTS AND EXHIBITIONS AT WHICH SUCH YOUNG GIRLS MAY PERFORM AS BANDS TO ADVANCE THE AESTHETIC EDUCATIN OF THE PUBLIC.
