THE IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES PROVIDED FOR PATIENTS AND STAFF AT BEDFORD GENERAL HOSPITAL AND ALL OTHER HOSPITAL PREMISES WITHIN THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 3. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GERERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE IMPROVEMENT AND REGURBISHMENT OF THE STUDENT NURSES ACCOMODATION AT BEDFORD GENERAL HOSPITAL.
