TO BENEFIT YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN GREATER LONDON IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS (I) BY RELEIVING IN CASES OF NEED POVERTY AMONG SUCH PERSONS. (II) BY THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION. (III) BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AS THE CENTRE THINKS FIT FOR SUCH OF THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED AND WHO ARE PREPARING FOR, UPON, OR ARE ENGAGED IN ANY PROFESSION, TRADE OR OCCUPATION, OR SERVICE, BY PROVIDING THEM WITH SUCH MEANS FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR OWN LIVING.
