B) TO PROMOTE THE PREVENTION AND RECOGNITION OF PROBLEM DRINKING AND SUBSTANCE MISUSE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE CAUSES, TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF SUBSTANCE MISUSE AND RELATED PROBLEMS.
