(A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR CHILDREN OF AFRO-CARIBBEAN ORIGIN OR DESCENT BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES. (B) TO RELIEVE HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF THE FAMILIES OF SUCH CHILDREN BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND ADVICE. (C) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO BY VIRTUE OF THEIR AGE OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR SUCH PERSONS OF AFRO-CARIBBEAN ORIGIN OR DESCENT.
