FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FORGOING TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY PROVIDING ACCOMMODATION AND SHELTER FOR PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED THEREOF BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
