CONSTITUTION ADOPTED 1980 AS AMENDED 10TH JUNE 1988 AND 19TH AUGUST 1988

Charitable objects

(I) TO ADVANCE EDUCATON OF TE PUBLIC IN THE ART, SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN RELATION TO YOUTH BANDS. (II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE MARCHING BAND MUSIC BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A MARCHING BAND. (III) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN TRAINING AND PERFORMING WITH A MARCHING BAND IN THE INTEREST OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES. (IV) TO SUPPORT OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTUIONS BY TH DONATION OF FUNDS.
