THE BENEFIT OR IMPROVEMENT MAINTENANCE AND/OR ALTERATION OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH AND CHURCHYARD OF THE CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS, CLIFTON IN THE DIOCESE OF ST. ALBANS AND FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHATTALS FURNISHINGS AND FITTINGS OF THE AFORESAID PARISH CHURCH IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE.
