ANY CHARITY AS IS REGISTERED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM HAVING AS ITS OR THEIR AIM THE PROVISION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A LOCAL CHURCH AND TO SUCH OTHER CHARITIES AS ARE REGISTERED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR OWN UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE.
