TO UNDERTAKE THE PROVISION AND UPKEEP OF A COMMON ROOM TO BE USED:- I) FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN BROUGHTON WHO HAVE REACHES PENSIONABLE AGE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. II) FOR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
