(1) TO OR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF SYMPTOM CONTROL AND TERMINAL CARE THROUGH THE EDUCATION TRAINING AND WELFARE OF MEMBERS OF THE NURSING MEDICAL AND ALLIED PROFESSIONS INCLUDING SOCIAL WORKERS WHETHER WITHIN THE HOSPICE MOVEMENT OR OTHERWISE. (2) TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE.
