Charitable objects

TO RELIEVE THE DEAF AND/OR HEARING IMPAIRED CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR BY:- (A) PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATION AND ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE SO AS TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED; (B) PROMOTING RESEARCH INTO SUBJECTS RELATED TO DEAFNESS AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH; AND (C) TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN PERSONS IN THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF THE DEAF.
