PROVIDING FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF DATCHET AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
