Charitable objects

TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE DISTRICT OF HAVERSHAM PARISH IN THE PROMOTION AND CONDUCT OF WHICH THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL AND THE DISTRICT COUNCIL SHALL BE ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH RESIDENTS IN AND SUCH VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS OPERATING IN SUCH DISTRICT AS WISH TO DO SO IN A COMMON EFFORT TO FURTHER THE SPIRITUAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITEIS OF ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE SAID DISTRICT.
